12-Month Warranty
SnugFly offers a 12-month warranty on all its products, ensuring coverage against manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase and applies exclusively to defects related to the product's manufacturing process.
Warranty Conditions:
- The warranty covers only manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, such as dirt, contact with paint, damaged insulation, intentional tears, or natural wear and tear due to frequent use of the product.
- Problems resulting from accidents, improper handling, or negligence are also excluded from coverage.
- The warranty certificate is linked to the buyer's CPF and is non-transferable.
Warranty Claim Process:
- Initial Contact: To activate the warranty, send an email to suporte@snugfly.com.br with the subject "12-Month Warranty" describing the issue found with the product.
- Support Response: Our support team will contact you within 48 hours to begin the warranty process.
- Technical Analysis: The product will undergo a technical analysis, which can take up to 10 business days. This step is crucial to verify the presence of manufacturing defects.
- Resolution: If a technical defect is confirmed, a new SnugFly will be sent to the customer within 5 business days after the completion of the technical evaluation.
Important Notes:
- It is essential that the product is sent for analysis with the purchase invoice.
- Shipping costs for analysis are the responsibility of the customer, but will be reimbursed if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
- According to the Consumer Protection Code, the customer has the right to repair or replacement of defective parts at no cost, including hidden defects.
